1. Walk-around check – We inspect the siding, trim, and problem areas.

2. Protect everything – We cover plants, windows, decks, and walkways.

3. Wash & clean – We remove dirt, chalky paint, and mildew so new paint sticks well.

4. Prep the surface – We scrape loose paint, sand rough spots, and fix small surface issues.

5. Caulk & seal gaps – We seal cracks around trim and joints to block water.

6. Prime where needed – We prime bare wood and patched areas for strong adhesion.

7. Paint (1–2 coats) – We apply even coats on siding and trim for a smooth, consistent finish.

8. Clean up & final check – We remove covers, clean the area, and do a final walk-through with you.
